I have been coming here for over a year now. This is the only nail salon that I have found in the area that my nails stay on between fills and the most cost effective. I was paying twice as much as another salon and the nails was all off within 2 weeks. I am not rough on my nails and type all day, so no strenuous work. I will continue to be a loyal customer

This business has POOR conflict resolution. I will not be returning to this location again! I've been a faithful customer every two weeks for over 12 months. I always get a full set and my eyebrows cleaned up with no issues. Recently, I went to get the same service and CLEARLY explained that I wanted my brows cleaned up (as per usual) and my brows were waxed PENCIL THIN! When I raised an issue about the service I had received there wasn't even an attempt at resolution. Instead, I was turned away and told by manager Henry, that I could no longer get my brows waxed there again. I was appalled at being turned away for a mistake caused by a staff member! Needless to say, I will spend my dollar where customers are valued and appreciated. The level of rudeness, hand gestures and eye rolls from the female staff were unnecessary and unwarranted. The service I experienced is beyond horrible. Not even a resolution offered. Unbelievable. Poor business ethics.

I got my nails done here multiple times and sometimes it's hit or miss. Overall I was pleased with my nails although no attention was given to my cuticles and my pedicure felt a little rushed. My eyebrow wax turned out good just as my lashes look natural this time and this is the least uncomfortable they have ever felt. Kelly did a good job!

Disgusting, nails all over the floor and counter. I won't go to a place that's dirty. I let them removed my old dip polish and he soaked them for maybe a minute and then tried to peel them off with a spatula?! I've never had that happen before and I've been getting dip for years. Typically they are soaked off and then lightly filed to remove any remaining. Before doing anything else I got up and walked out. I won't be going back
